CBL paid $6.35M for Marshalls Creek shopping center site

A corporation affiliated with the owner of the Stroud Mall paid $6.35 million for the former Marshalls Creek flea market property, future site of a supermarket complex.
A subsidiary of CBL & Associates bought the 12.6-acre property from Route 209 Bypass Associates, which won conceptual approval this year from Middle Smithfield Township to build a 103,000-square-foot shopping center anchored by a Price Chopper Supermarket. read more...
